4.3.6. RF transmitters

These are hand-held or wall transmitters that convey radio frequency signals to RF receivers. The hand-held transmitters are generally battery operated. In certain cases the wall transmitters can also be supplied by the 230V network or be voltage-free, operated by a piezoelectric element.
