The medium-sized German town of Lüdenscheid claims to be built upon 7 hills – like Rome. Albeit, behind the 7 hills lies a valley with the river Lenne where a coal-fired power plant is located. Sometimes, when there is a blue sky all over, which allegedly does not occur too often in the area, you can see just one and only one cloud above the hills and the power station. It looks like all the water of the river Lenne, which is not much bigger than a creek, was used up here for cooling!
