Władysław Bobrowicz was born on 06.07.1959 in Jelenia Góra (Poland), and graduated from the Wrocław University of Engineering in 1986 with a master degree completed at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in the power engineering and automatics specialty. Over the years 1986 - 1988, while working for Voivodeship Power Engineering Enterprise in Jelenia Góra, he dealt with the development and implementation of automatic control systems, and contributed to the development of district heat network expansion plans for the voivodeship of Jelenia Góra. In 1988, he started work at the Power Distribution Company, and has been continuing after its restructuring into EnergiaPro Koncern Energetyczny SA. He has been dealing with the market strategy development, and issues associated with the incorporation of renewable power sources into local power networks. He is an organizer of seminars and domestic and international conferences on the electric energy market, and an author of papers on marketing in power industry, automatics, control and installations in objects of historical significance. He has specialty journal publications addressing the issues of electrical installations, ecology, renewable source development, including small hydro and biogas power plants.
