Data Center Link Seminar
By Sergio Ferreira / Published on Thu, 2008-06-05 12:26DataCenter Link aims to be a refresher seminar on new technologies applied to data centre infrastructures.
DataCenter Link is an innovative way of finding out more about technological infrastructures applied to data centres, which are necessary for the safe operation of IT equipment. It is aimed at IT managers, facility managers, design studios and consultants specialising in the management, construction and maintenance of data centres; the key players involved in managing an environment which is subject to constant and rapid change.
The growing demand for processing power, the data centre's emergence as a crucial business component and the need to reduce CO2 emissions on a global scale: all these factors reinforce the importance of themes such as safety, service continuity and environmental sustainability, reinforcing the need to implement innovative technological solutions.
DataCentre Link sessions are intended to serve as a starting point for ideas, a springboard to understanding and an invitation to all participants to team up, pool their knowledge and increase their expertise on the theme.
DataCentre Link is also intended to provide a platform for international networking between operators within the sector.
