Dragomir Vasic was born in Novi Sad, Serbia on 1955. He graduated from University of Novi Sad, in 1979 with M.Sc. (Dip. Ing.) in electrical power engineering. His experiences are related to managing research and developments in Electrical Power Company Elektrovojvodina. From 1986 to 1990, he was a Vice President of Energy Department of Province of Vojvodina Government. From November, 1995 he manages own consulting and engineering Company VING doo where he has worked on energy efficiency related programs. His special interests cover energy efficiency especially in industry, policy aspects of rational use of energy, and renewable energy sources.
