Putting the fridge in the cellar, or exporting it to Africa
Submitted by Benoit Dome on Wed, 2008-06-04 16:15.

Different ways to look at it
This can be seen as really disappointing, but also a great platform from which developing countries in Africa can boost their infrastructure and technology's role in daily life. There should be a group put together to ship energy efficient fridges/large appliances to these developing countries so that they can strengthen their infrastructure and simultaneously boost their environmental know-how.
