The energy efficiency action plan goes public

The action plan for energy efficiency 'Realising the potential - Saving 20% by 2020' aims to save one fifth over Europe's primary energy consumption by 2020 (compared to baseline). It proposes 10 priority actions, primarily implementing & extending existing regulation, or non-regulatory measures.
