Frau, Juan

Juan Frau is Manager of Network Planning & Quality in the Balearic Islands (ENDESA Distribución) since 2002. He has been involved in the design and construction of High Voltage and Medium Voltage installations as a project engineer in GESA and has participated in several projects, as the EU "Strategies for Development and Diffusion of Energy Efficient Distribution Transformers" (SEEDT), cooperating with participants from Germany, France, Italy, Poland and Greece. He received the Ph.D. in 1992 from the Polytechnics University of Catalonia (UPC). jfrau@gesa.es
