Founder and now Chief Technologist of RLtec, David is an inventor and environmental activist. His early career was as an IT and Management Consultant, much of this with Ernst & Young Management Consultancy (in its various guises). He spend some formative years at the European Space Agency, and was close to upstream oil and gas projects in the N Sea and Arabian Gulf.
