Jongepier, Arjen
By Hans De Keulenaer / Published on Mon, 2007-01-08 15:24Arjen. G. Jongepier received his M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Delft University of Technology in 1989. He graduated in 1996 on the application of artificial neural networks in electrical power systems, in close cooperation with KEMA. He then worked for the Dutch power pool (SEP) in the area of business process reengineering, and was heavily involved I the restructuring of the Dutch power sector. In 1998, he joined KEMA as a consultant in the restructuring area. Nowadays, Arjen is Principal Consultant on Asset Management issues, in particular the pressure imposed to grid operators and owners due to the increased desire for transparency and the effects of ageing networks. He is specifically working on the implementation of PAS-55.
