Hans De Keulenaer (Editor)
Hans De Keulenaer is the programme manager for ‘Electricity & Energy’ at the European Copper Institute (ECI), a non-profit organisation working towards the support and expansion of copper and copper alloys’ markets in Europe. His responsibilities at the ECI comprise strategic planning, market research, campaign development and programme management. Hans De Keulenaer obtained his Master degree in electrical engineering and MBA from the University of Louvain (Belgium). He has over 15 years’ experience in pan-European marketing for companies and international organisations in the industrial sector. His current interests are quality of supply, sustainable energy systems, electrical safety, energy regulation and e-marketing.
Bruno De Wachter
Bruno De Wachter is a project manager and copywriter for Forte, a Belgian company specialising in copywriting and marketing for technology, business, and industry. He distils clear, concise, and comprehensive written messages out of often complex technical subjects. He has wide interests, with a strong focus on energy and environment. De Wachter obtained Master Degrees in Electrical Engineering at the University of Ghent and in Dutch Language and Literature at the University of Antwerp. He has nine years of experience with written communication across a wide variety of technological and industrial domains.
Hans Nilsson
Hans Nilsson has worked with energy issues since 1966. His experience covers energy supply, distribution, planning and energy efficiency both from a policy, management and programme implementation point of view. He has worked within several sorts of organisations such as municipality owned utilities, government agencies, intergovernmental organisations, private companies and business associations and was in the 1990's director for the Swedish Energy Efficiency Programme. The work has to a large extent been related to international issues and international co-operation both for business and for NGOs. Mr Nilsson is presently the chairman of the IEA DSM Programme and runs his own consultancy company FourFact.

Gilberto Januzzi
Gilberto Januzzi is an Associate Professor of Energy Systems at the Department of Energy, Mechanical Engineering Faculty , UNICAMP (University of Campinas), current Dean of the Graduate Program in Energy Planning of this University, and Senior Researcher at the Centre for Interdisciplinary Energy Studies at UNICAMP. He is also the Executive Director of the International Energy Initiative , a Southern-conceived, Southern-led and Southern-located South-South-North partnership. It is a small, independent, international non-governmental public-purpose organization led by internationally recognized energy experts, and with regional offices, staff and programs in Latin America , Africa and Asia.
Gilberto Januzzi has a Ph.D. degree from Cambridge University, U.K. (Energy Research Group, Cavendish Laboratory), and spent some time as Visiting Scholar at Lawrence Berkeley National Lab ., USA, UNEP Centre on Energy and Environment, Denmark, Centre International de Recherche sur l'Environnement et le Développement , France, and others. He has been the Technical Coordinator of the National Energy R&D Fund at the Centre for Strategic Management and Studies, Brazilian Ministry of Science and Technology. Previously, he was the Executive-Director of the Technology Transfer Office of the University of Campinas.
His current interests are related to energy planning, with special emphasis on energy efficiency and conservation, renewables, energy and environmental policy, and technology transfer issues.

Anne Rialhe
Anne Rialhe, Ph.-D in energy, from the Ecole des Mines de Paris, engineer from the Ecole superieure de l'energie et des materiaux, specialized in industrial energy, experience in research centers and in consulting companies, now CEO of the French company AERE, she has participated in the developing and implementation of some European Union's energy label for appliances.
