Nearly 17MW CPV power plants have been installed during the last year. For instance, the largest triple junction CPV plant was launched at Sol3g’s site in Tarragona, Spain. Greenvolts is moving forward on the biggest CPV plant in USA for PG&E (3 MW). Solar Systems is currently working towards completing 185MW of CPV in Australia.
Manufacturing companies are increasing their capacities, such as Concentrix with a 25MW production line.
