Heating by induction is a popular approach for heat treatment of metal components in modern industry. Conventional induction heaters that are widely used for through heating of billets before hot forming have high resistive losses in hollow water-cooled copper windings. In average, 40-50% of the total power is removed by the cooling water.

The paper deals with a mathematical model of a sucking aggregate. The parameters of the aggregate has been identified. The model parameters depends on the angle of rotor rotation related to stator. There has been worked out a simulation model of the aggregate, also there have been carried out verifying research. A simulation analysis of the power loss in aggregate is presented.

Conductive disturbances in the power network may affect in abnormal operation of the electric energy loads and contemporary protection circuits connected to the voltage transformer. In certain condition voltage transformers may also become a source of the conductive disturbances which may affect the power quality.
