Establisher and co-ordinator of Passiefhuis-Platform vzw, the Flemish network for passive house related companies and providers. Author and co-author of more than 100 technical and scientific papers. Editor-in-chief of the Passive House Happening. Area of interest includes sustainable construction and reducing building energy consumption by a factor four to ten. Member of the research teams of national and international grants and projects. Co-ordinator of European, national and regional projects. Consultant in industry. The Passiefhuis-Platform (PHP) was set up to promote very low energy houses. The passive house concept is an approved concept of very low-energy buildings, and already successfully applied on large scale in Scandinavia, Germany, Austria, Switzerland... We are introducing this concept, as we are now able to answer the frequently asked questions immediately. Not only theoretically, we can also show you number of projects of passive houses, either in construction or already finished.

PHP has contributed webinars and a webcast on Passive Houses, as well as a Minute Lecture.
