Zaninelli, Dario
By Hans De Keulenaer / Published on Mon, 2007-03-12 13:04Dario Zaninelli was born in Romano di Lombardia( Italy) on April 3, 1959. He graduated in Electrical Engineering on 1984 and obtained his Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering on 1989 at Politecnico di Milano.
He started the University career on 1990 as Assistant Professor on Electrc Power Systems at the Dipartimento di Elettrotecnica of the Politecnico di Milano where at the present he teaches the Course : Electric Systems for Transportation. His academic activity include lectures and examinations in the following courses : Electric Power Systems, Electric Plants, Electric Systems for Transportation, Industrial Elecrtric Systems and Electrotechnics.
The research work of Dario Zaninelli covers the following topics : Electric Power Quality, design and location of filtering systems in distribution network, Power System Analysis , steady- state and transient analysis of faulted power systems, short-circuit current calculation and comparison among different international standards.
